Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days and another 3-5 days to get to you once shipped 

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.


Custom items ( blinged mugs ,tumblers ,photo pillows and blankets ) have a different processing time which will be listed in description .

Please understand that shipping may be delayed due to Coronavirus. I will do my best to accommodate any needs but I unfortunately have no control over the post office.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at blinky_4@yahoo. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All purchases are made to order . We are not accepting returns/exchanges or cancellations .However ,if there is something wrong with your order . Please contact us at blinky_4@yahoo.com

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at blinky_4@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
